Tell us your name, address and how to reach you. Your preferences live on your account, so every pickup after the first one already knows how you like things handled.

Schedule Pickup
Choose a day and a pickup window that suits your week. One-time when you need it, or a standing weekly or biweekly slot that simply happens without you thinking about it.
Same-day and next-day windows open depending on your area.

Bag Laundry
Use any bag you like, or the Porchline bag we leave with you. Separate anything that needs special attention and add a note on your order — delicates, air-dry only, a stain worth mentioning.
No sorting required. We handle the sorting for you.

Driver Picks It Up
Leave the bag on your porch before your window opens. Your driver collects it, tags it to your account and sends you a confirmation with a photo, so you never have to wonder whether it was taken.
No doorbell, no small talk, no waiting at home.

Professional Processing
Your laundry is washed in a commercial-grade facility, in its own dedicated load — never combined with another household's. Water temperature, detergent and dry cycle follow the care preferences on your account.
Hypoallergenic and fragrance-free options available on request.

Quality Check
Before anything is folded and packed, every order is inspected: garment count against intake, stain review, damage check, and a second look at anything flagged at pickup. If something is not right, we redo it rather than send it back to you.
Anything unresolved gets a call, not a shrug.

Delivery Back to Customer
Folded, packed and returned to your porch inside your delivery window, with a notification the moment it lands. Open the bag and put it away — that is the whole of your part.
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.
